CATHOLIC EDUCATION DIOCESE OF WOLLONGONG ST. FRANCIS CATHOLIC COLLEGE, EDMONDSON PARK, STAGE 3 & STAGE 4
Expressions of interest are invited from contractors experienced in the construction of education buildings on behalf of Catholic Education Diocese of Wollongong. The project contains two (2) separate buildings, stages 3 & 4 of the college which will be constructed concurrently as a single package of works.
Stage 3 comprises;
- New 2 storey multi-purpose hall with entry foyer
- Performance level audio visual & public address systems
- Amenities & stores
- Car parking facilities
- Stage 4 comprises;
- New 2 storey classroom building with internal teaching areas, stores and amenities.
- External covered walkways, hardscaping & soft landscaping
- Car parking facilities
- Associated site works and construction of storm water management systems.
Tenders will be invited in April 2020 for construction commencing in June 2020. Up to 7 tenders may be included on the Tender List.
