Insurance Brokerage Services for City of Darwin

⁠⁠⁠PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
City of Darwin requires the services of a suitably qualified insurance broker who has the experience and knowledge of a local government to manage Council's insurance requirements.

This will include the sourcing and placing of Council's insurance programs, as well as day-to-day management of the account. These services will also include provision and advice on the management of claims, including under deductible claims, as well as general advice on insurance matters.

Council is inviting proposals for a detailed profile of activities and proven performance, evidencing experience and/or understanding of the local government sector.

The fee basis sought is an annual service fee for a three (3) year period commencing 01 July 2020 to 30 June 2023 to undertake the above activities.

Any specialised consultancy work would be additional and on an as needs basis, and will be subject to negotiation with the successful party.
