ABOUT THIS TENDER:
Council is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced organisations for the provision of Demolition Works at 23-31 Gordon Street, Coffs Harbour NSW

This tender is now re-issued following a pause in the tender process as a result of COVID-19 related travel restrictions. The documents issued in this request ENTIRELY replace the previously issued tender documents.
The key changes since the previously released documents include:

• Timing changes for the works
• Inclusion of the Phase 2 Contamination report
• Options required regarding site fencing

Limitation of 2 people per potential tenderer for the briefing and site visit 8 July 2020

Submissions can also be placed in a sealed envelope and endorsed with the Tender title number "RFT-1241-TO for Demolition Works at 23-31 Gordon Street, Coffs Harbour", and closing date and placed in the Tender Box located in Customer Service Centre, corner of Coff and Castle Streets, Coffs Harbour, NSW 2450, by the nominated time and date. Late, verbal, faxed or e-mailed submissions will not be accepted.
