Ashburton District Council - Road Network Contract

⁠⁠⁠The Ashburton District's Road Network Operations and Maintenance contract current completion date is the 30th of November 2020.

The new Ashburton District Road Network Operations and Maintenance contract is expected to commence on the 1st of December 2020.

Council plan to advertise the Tender for the new contract in early June with a tender period of approximately two months.

Around two weeks after the release of the Tender there will be a compulsory Tenderers' meeting and network tour.

Tenderers will be given the opportunity to present their proposals soon after the tender period.

Following evaluation, the Tender may be awarded at the Council meeting on the 24th of September which will provide two months for the successful Tenderer to prepare for contract start.
