Tender Description

The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for - Preparatory work for the Robina Hospital Therapeutic Gardens project which encompasses outdoor courtyard areas associated with Buildings E, F and G which accommodate Mental Health units.

The project includes:

  • Construction of a retaining wall.
  • Rectification of existing drainage issues.
  • Elimination of trip hazards.
  • Construction of an Exit Staircase.
  • Security Fences and Gates.
  • Modification to existing western staircase.
  • Basketball Courts, Store Room and sundry floor slabs, footings and footpaths.
  • Masonry walls and footings adjacent Basketball Courts.
  • Earthworks as necessary to achieve new finished design levels.
  • Stormwater Drainage.
  • Provision of drainage adjacent existing building walls where weep-holes are below surface level.
  • Landscaping works
