Cash in Transit & Parking Meter Coin Collection Services

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited and will be received up to 2:00pm Tuesday 21 April 2020 for:

Cash collection and cash delivery services to various sites within the Newcastle area and a parking meter coin collection service. The contract period is up to 5 years.

The tender document is in two parts. Part 1 contacts the tendering and contract conditions, the service specifications and the tender schedules. Part 2 contains the site names and locations and service requirements for each site.

Part 2 will be issued separately and only to persons that satisfy the criteria stated in Part 1. Document charges do not apply to Part 2.

Documents are available electronically. Alternatively, a compact disk is available for a non-refundable fee of $37.20 GST inclusive from the Customer Enquiry Centre, Ground Floor City Administration Centre, 12 Stewart Avenue, Newcastle West NSW 2302 or by calling (02) 4974 2030.

Responsibility for lodgement by the deadline lies solely with the tenderer. Lodgement information is provided in the tender document. Council is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender submitted.
