⁠⁠⁠SPT181920COO Construction of DN300 Sewer Rising Main for Coonamble Shire Council. Single Source tender.
This Agreement commences upon receipt of a Letter of Award and shall conclude no later than 30 June 2020.

INVITATION: Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the Electronic Tender Box before the deadline at 10.00am on Wednesday 15 April 2020.

A compulsory pre-tender meeting will be held at 10.00am Tuesday 7 April 2020 at the Coonamble Shire Council SPS1, located near the corner of Castlereagh Highway and Wingadee Street, Coonamble. A compulsory site visit will follow this meeting. Attendees are required to register their attendance at the pre-tender meeting by emailing markk@regpro.com.au before the due date.

Note: Tenders will only be accepted from those companies represented at this meeting.
For evaluation purposes, a hard copy must also be submitted to the Tender Box at Strategic Services Australia 59 Bonville Avenue Thornton.

Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method in the Invitation to Tender document. Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Tenderers are advised that Coonamble Shire Council are not bound to accept the lowest Tender or any Tender submitted.

DOCUMENTS: Applicable tender documents can be downloaded via Electronic Tender Box until the submission close date for a non-refundable fee of $50 including GST.
