Background:
Woodside has a range of projects that may require plate and frame heat exchangers
General Scope of Works:
- Seawater / Cooling Medium Exchangers each circa 90MW Titanium Plates
- Lean Amine Coolers each circa 35MW 316L Plates
- Amine Cross-Exchangers each circa 20MW 316L Plates
- Condensate Rundown Cooler circa 11MW 316L or 904L SS Plates
- Produced Water Cooler circa 10MW 904L SS Plates
- Documentation to oil and gas major project industry norms
- Test & Inspection
- Engineering & Design
- Spares and special tools
Pre-Qualification Requirements:
- Must have minimum 5 years’ experience in supply to the oil and gas industry.
- Must have a list of past project experience and preferably in delivering to offshore Projects in Australian waters.
- Must have an ISO quality system and OSHAS or similar certifications.
- Must have storage capability for the manufactured products.
