Background:
Woodside has a range of projects that may require Electrical Switchgear.

General Scope of Works:

•  Low Voltage (690 V and 400 V) industrial air insulated metal-clad electrical switchgear in accordance with IEC 61439 - Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies, and
•  High Voltage (6600 V) industrial gas insulated metal-clad electrical switchgear in accordance with IEC 62271 - High-voltage switchgear andcontrolgear
•  High Voltage (13800 V) industrial air insulated metal-clad electrical switchgear in accordance with IEC 62271 - High-voltage switchgear and controlgear
•  Protection relays shall be multi-function Intelligent Electronic Device (IED) type.
•  The internal arc classification (IAC) of the High Voltage switchgear shall be FLR (IEC 62271-200).
•  Low voltage switchgear shall be designed, constructed and verification tested (as a special test) for “Internal Arc Containment” in accordance with the requirements of IEC TR 61641
•  The form of internal separation for low voltage switchgear shall be a minimum of Form 4a for Air Circuit Breakers and a minimum of Form 3b for all other functional units (IEC 61439-2).
•  Switching devices shall be controlled and monitored from a 3rd party energy management and control system, or from a 3rd party process control system.
•  Compliance with the requirements of the Lloyds Register Rules andRegulations for the classification of Offshore Units where specified

Pre-Qualification Requirements:

•  Must have minimum 5 years’ experience in supply to the oil and gas industry.
•  Must have a list of past project experience and preferably in delivering tooffshore Projects in Australian waters.
•  Must have an ISO quality system and OSHAS or similar certifications.
•  Must have storage capability for the manufactured products.
