This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Undertake a gap analysis of the Civil Aviation Safety Authority’s (CASA) maturity against the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF).
Provide an Agency Security Plan. The plan should encompass, and support requirements and guidance as detailed in the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and details:
- security goals and strategic objectives of CASA, including how security risk management intersects with and supports broader business objectives and priorities;
- threats, risks and vulnerabilities that impact the protection of CASA’s people, information and assets;
- CASA’s tolerance to security risks;
- maturity of the CASA’s capability to manage security risks; and
- CASA’s strategies to implement security risk management, maintain a positive risk culture and deliver against the PSPF.
