This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Shared Services Hub has developed a workforce strategy to overcome the pressures and issues which are currently impacting the functionality of the Hub, and its ability to provide the level of customer support outlined in the Service Offer. In order to support the longer term sustainability of the Hub and its workforce, implementation of the workforce plan requires short term resourcing to deliver key outcomes.
We are seeking to engage a suitably qualified contractor with proven experience in project management within the APS. The successful candidate would have an extensive background in strategic and business planning, with a track record of success in identifying and implementing business improvement initiatives and operational processes in order to reduce costs and improve quality of services. This role requires a credible and trusted project leader with contemporary project management knowledge, a service orientation and ability to bolster stakeholder engagement and learning. Capacity building skills, through workforce involvement and broader stakeholder partnerships, are also highly desirable.
