Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The work of the contract is detailed on the drawings and schedule, and includes the following but are not limited to:

  • Traffic Management, Site Establishment, Service locations, Set out of design, Project Management including Soil and Erosion Management, Workplace Health and Safety Management and Traffic Management.
  • Bulk excavation and disposal of material offsite
  • Supply and installation of gravel sub-base and base
  • Supply and installation of 35mm asphalt (AC10)
  • Construction of concrete kerb & channel type 'Open wedge' & 'KC'
  • Construction of concrete footpaths as shown on the drawing.
  • Construction of concrete driveways as shown in the drawing
  • Minor works as required to complete the works and as detailed on the contract drawings and in the specification
  • General reinstatement
  • 12 month maintenance period
