Tender Description
Clarence Valley Council is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced Tenderer's for the Demolition of the existing plant room and construction of new plant room, storage, loading dock and disabled toilet .
The successful tenderer's will be responsible for Filtration Plant contractor (Already engaged). The Filtration contractor's contracted will be novated under the successful tenders contract. The successful tenderer will act as the principal contractor for the works.

A Mandatory site visit will be held at 10.00am on Monday 23 March, 2020 at the Maclean Pool.
