This Contract is for streetscape improvements at Vermont Village Shops between Nurlendi Road and No. 580-584 Canterbury Road, Vermont. These works will be known as Stage 1 works of the streetscape improvements being proposed at the Vermont Village Shops.

Please note that Specification, Drawings and Bill of Quantities will be issued as an addendum next week.

You must only lodge the Tender Offer and supporting material via Council’s eTender Portal. Tender Offers submitted to Council officers or Council sites will not be accepted.

All communications must be directed via Communication tab, verbal or email request for information will NOT be accepted during the Tender Stage.

You must properly name your Tender Submission along with any attachments as per the following naming convention:
