Provision of ancillary Flowback services, comprising steam supply / compressed air supply / rig deluge services for the Barossa high rate flowbacks.

Package to include:
a) Zone 2 steam generator(s) including steam supply hosing to reach third party steam heat exchanger and discharge. Minimum 4.5MMBTU capacity with 6MMBTU preferred. ESD tie-in capability required.
b) Multiple Zone 2 air compressors (notionally 6ea with backup) including air-pig and supply hosing to reach MODU flare booms. Minimum
1000scfm, with 1300-1600scfm preferred. Local and remote ESD shut down capability needed. Equipment should be stackable and provide
ladders / stairways for maintenance and refuelling.
c) Rig deluge package, including dual submersible pumps including hang-off frame, dual Zone 2 surface booster pumps, flare boom spray nozzle, portable rigside spray nozzles, water hosing and PSV’s to connect all components, and multiple heat reflective blankets.
d) Methanol fire fighting capability, including supply of AFFF-AR foam, with the option of an automated foam response to a methanol fire.
e) Portable heat and noise monitoring equipment, Zone 2 rated.
f) Personnel to operate steam generator, air compressors, and rig deluge package.
