Tenders are invited for replacement of culverts B5132 and B5137 on the HW22 Silver City Highway in the South West region.

The scope of works includes delivery of all works associated with removal of existing culvert, headwall and base slab, installation of new base slab, reinforced concrete box culverts, headwalls, wing walls, traffic management and spray sealing. The reinforced concrete box culverts will be supplied by Transport for NSW.

A pre-tender meeting will be held at 1pm on Wednesday 25 March 2020 at B5132 stockpile site, 6.9km north of Wentworth (-34.063914, 141.86914). Following the pre-tender meeting, a site visit will be arranged. Attendance to this pre-tender meeting and site visit is mandatory in order to submit a conforming tender.

Tenderers must confirm their attendance for the pre-tender meeting by Monday 23 March 2020 by emailing Shereen.Nessim@transport.nsw.gov.au with subject heading stating ‘Pre-Tender Meeting Attendance Confirmation – 20.0000302127.0409 HW22 Silver City Hwy B5132 and B5137 Culvert Replacement’.
