The City of Perth’s annual Christmas Lights Trail is one of the largest events in the City’s calendar, bringing 1 in 5 Perth Metro residents into the CBD through the November and December campaign period. Gathering momentum over a period of three years, the 2019 Trail expanded to include 27 installations across 3.7km of city spaces including East Perth.

To better address objectives of individual stakeholders, the City of Perth are seeking expressions of interest from retail centres and precincts for installation co-funding opportunities as part of the Christmas Lights Trail 2020. This year will see the Trail return on Friday 20 November and run for 38 nights through to Sunday 27 December.

If your precinct is interested in a minimum 50% co-funding arrangement and inclusion on the 2020 Christmas Lights Trail, please provide as much detail as possible on this form to help advise lighting installation selection through the City of Perth procurement process.

Please note that due to the City of Perth’s procurement process, a decision on availability of a suitable Trail item and subsequent acceptance of a partnership with a stakeholder may not be known until as late as June 30, 2020. It is important to consider this timeline before submitting any expression of interest.
