Tender Description

The Dorado Project is a greenfield oil development located offshore WA approximately 150km northwest of Port Hedland comprising of a Floating Production Storage and Offloading vessel (FPSO) and Wellhead platform (WHP) connected with umbilical’s, flowlines and risers.
The WHP will be located in approximately 92m water depth with piled foundations.

Scope of Work:
The function of the WHP topsides is to support:
• 16 well slots and dry trees
• 3 risers and umbilicals
• minimal processing equipment
• 200 tonnes of Class 2500 piping and valves
• Well controls
• a helideck
• a 25 tonne capacity crane
The WHP is required to interface with a jack-up MODU to drill the wells and install the wellheads.
The estimated topside weights is approximately 1600 tonnes.
The topsides will be lift installed
The WHP substructure (or jacket) is required to safely support the topsides, conductors and risers with the harsh cyclonic conditions being the governing load condition.

The WHP jacket is estimated weight is approximately 3,500 tonnes.
The WHP EPC provider will be required to ensure the installation contractor’s requirements are met.
