The objective of this RFP is to establish a Legal Consultancy Panel for DevelopmentWA, for the provision of Legal Consultancy services. In order to streamline procurement processes, DevelopmentWA is establishing a Panel of Legal Consultancy with an initial two (2) year term contract, with two options for DevelopmentWA to extend the Panel, for one year in each case.

Successful Respondents will demonstrate value for money, appropriate technical skills, requisite experience and expertise in land and property development to assist DevelopmentWA with the delivery of strategic projects. Each Panel member shall be capable of undertaking some or all of the range of services listed in the Scope of Services.
