Tender Description
Strathfield Council invites EOIs from suitably qualified and experienced Respondents to design and construct a cafe and public toilets on the site of the current amenities building in Strathfield Park, in exchange for a twenty (20) year lease of the premises.
The intention of the Expression of Interest (EOI) process is to establish if there is significant interest and benefit to the community to proceed with this business case.
