Tender Description
Expression of Interest are invited from suitably qualified Building Contractors for the North Sydney Olympic Pool Redevelopment, Milsons Point, North Sydney.
The intent of this Expression of Interest is to derive a short list of suitably qualified Building Contractors from whom to later invite tenders for the works. Particular experience in constructing Aquatic Centres, heritage experience and expertise in use of environmentally sustainable materials / technologies will be highly regarded.
Expressions of Interest must contain full referee contact details and the information requested in the Information Schedules.
Documents can be downloaded for free at from TUESDAY 10 MARCH 2020. Alternatively, documents can be purchased from Council's Customer Service Counter for $300.
