DSME is seeking expressions of interest from service providers able to provide a Pedestal Crane in support of the Jansz-Io Compression Project.
Bidder shall be responsible for the design, engineering, manufacture, assembly, inspection, testing and preparation for transport of a Pedestal Crane for installation on Jansz-IO Field Control Station.
The scope of supply shall include:
• Electric wire luffing lattice boom pedestal crane
• Hook block 3-fall : SWL 60 MT at lifting radius up to 35m
• Single fall hook : SWL 15 MT at lifting radius 52m / SWL 20 MT at lifting radius up to 42m
• Remote operability
• Man riding capability
• Emergency mode enabling load securing during power outage
• Self-sustained HVAC for electric room and driver cabin
• API Spec 2C or EN 13852-1 and Supplementary Specifications as provided through JIP33
• AS/NZS3000 - Electrical Installation
• DNVGL-ST-0378 Standard for offshore and platform lifting appliances
The pedestal crane shall perform the following functions
• Transfer of equipment/materials in and around the FCS
• Transfer of freight and bunkering hoses between the FCS and PSVs for operations and maintenance activities, including:
• Adjustable speed drives (ASD) and transformers requiring repair or replacement
• Personnel transfers between FCS and PSV for medivac, emergencies or operational requirements
