Tender Description
Glenorchy City Council is inviting organisations experienced in the management and operation of community aquatic facilities to submit their proposals to manage the Glenorchy Aquatic Centre, which is located at 1 Anfield St Glenorchy.
Council wishes to establish a term arrangement of not more than 5-years duration (2-year base term plus 3-year extension option(s) exercisable at Council's discretion), as described in Conditions of Contract, for the supply by the successful Tenderer of Council's Requirements.
