Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Contractor is seeking expressions of interest from service providers able to provide the Submersible Pumps in support of the Jansz-Io Field Control Station Project which is Semi-Submersible type floater.

Contractor shall be responsible for the design, engineering, manufacture, assembly, inspection, testing and preparation for transport of the Submersible Pumps to the Hyundai Heavy Industries yard in Korea.

The scope of supply shall include:
• 2-off Ballast pumps, mounted in external caissons. Ballast pumps are
temporary equipment that will be demounted and brought to shore after first
fill of ballast tanks.
• 8-off de-ballast pumps, 2 in each column. Each pump is top-down installed
within dedicated 20” caissons. Low maintenance types
• 4-off Bilge pumps, one in each column. Each pump is installed in the
bottom of a dedicated maximum 16” caissons and shall be retrievable from
deck without entering the Hull. The pumps shall be of low maintenance
type. Pumps are normally in a dry condition
• Temporary Ballast pump assembly shall have 25Cr. Duplex minimum
material for wetted parts
• De-ballast pump assembly shall have Titanium for all wetted parts
• Bilge pump assembly shall have 25Cr. Duplex minimum material for wetted
parts
• All Pumps shall be Centrifugal pumps with submerged motor.
