Jansz-Io Field Control Station Offshore Platform - HVAC System

Contractor is seeking expressions of interest from service providers able to provide a HVAC system in support of the Jansz-Io Field Control Station Project which is Semi-Submersible type floater.

Contractor shall be responsible for the detailed engineering and design of the complete HVAC systems, selection of all equipment and materials, manufacture, assembly, inspection, testing and preparation for transport of a HVAC system to the Hyundai Heavy Industries yard in Korea

The scope of supply and service shall include but not limited to the following:
• Detailed engineering and design of the complete HVAC system
• Selection of all equipment and materials of the complete HVAC system
• Developing all HVAC FEED Documents as AFC
• HVAC calculations for air flows, heating and cooling duties, psychrometic
charts, fan pressure drop calculations, acoustic calculations & sound attenuator
sizing, etc.
• Air Handling Unit
• Air Dryer Package
• Exhaust / Intake Fan
• Loose Valves and Instruments for Piping
• Louver and Filter Coalescers
• Air Cooled PACU
• Constant volume unit and heater bank package
• Loose Instrument for Room and Duct Mount (PDT, TIT, Humidity Transmitter,
etc.)
• Volume Control, Pressure Relief, Fire Dampers
• Grille & Diffuser, Sound Attenuator

HVAC Supplier shall integrate the HVAC system including HVAC engineering, HVAC design, HVAC calculation, engineering coordination, HVAC equipment & materials selection and supply, documentation, HVAC system commissioning.
