Sale of Land at 33 School Street

⁠⁠⁠Rockhampton Regional Council invites written offers by eligible persons for the Tender - 14036 - Sale of Land at 33 School Street, Walterhall.

Before making a decision on the offers, Council may invite all persons who have submitted an offer to modify their offer to take account of a change in the specification.

Please note: To be eligible to submit a tender, the Tenderer must be an adjoining owner capable of amalgamating their land with 33 School Street, Walterhall.

Any tender received from a Tenderer who is not the owner of an adjoining lot will be considered as a non-conforming tender.
