NSW Provision of Gambling Support and Treatment System – Pre-tender briefing

The NSW Office of Responsible Gambling is redesigning the way our communities access and receive gambling support and treatment services.

In mid-2020, we’ll release a tender to market to establish Regional Service Providers (RSPs) to deliver gambling support and treatment services across NSW.

Attend an information session

We are organising a series of pre-tender information sessions across NSW to help guide you through the tender process.

The sessions will cover:

• The need for change – an overview of the current model in NSW

• The proposed future model

• Procurement process and timeline

• Information around possible contracting models (e.g. consortia, subcontracting)

• An opportunity to ask questions

Who should attend?

The sessions are specifically aimed at the person or people responsible for preparing your organisation’s tenders, and service managers. Due to venue limits, no more than 3 people from each organisation should attend.

Locations and times

We will be running a roadshow across NSW in key locations central to the RSPs, dates and times are listed below. The content of the roadshows will be the same regardless of location, and the Office will circulate a Q&A document containing all the questions and answers from each of the roadshows.

The Sydney roadshow will be live streamed with the opportunity for people streaming the session to send in questions. This session will be open to anyone who cannot make a physical information session.

The sessions will run for one to two hours at the following Regions.
