Tender Description

99 Bikes is seeking a proposal for Customer review/feedback platform to provide a more streamlined process for gathering customer feedback to enhance the customer experience

The successful respondent(s) will provide a proposal that demonstrates and addresses each of the following:

  • a) Competitive pricing separated as any fixed monthly subscription or other costs + one off implementation.
  • b) Pricing which is scalable with our large growth plans (expansion into NZ July 2020 + 5 Australian stores a year).
  • c) Integration with Magento.
  • d) Comment on the ability to provide an NPS System for internal use.
  • e) External Product reviews which are published on our website.
  • f) Store reviews which are published on shop pages
  • g) Public customer reviews which can also be published on our own website.
  • h) 30 Days End of Month payment terms on credit

FORMAT OF ENTRIES: Responses are to be provided in the format of 'Appendix 1 99 Bikes AP Automation Responses' addressing the key points above. If Appendix 1 is not included in the response, the submission will not be considered.
Completed responses can only be submitted online . Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.

Submissions must be fully received by the closing time as late submissions will not be accepted. 99 Bikes is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. All responses must be made by online submission in the format stipulated above. Any response made by any other means (open email, facsimile, post or in person) will not be considered.
