Jansz-Io Field Control Station Offshore Platform - Pre-fabricated Cabins

⁠⁠⁠Samsung Heavy Industries is seeking expressions of interest from service providers able to provide the Pre-fabricated Cabins in support of the Jansz-Io Compression Project.

Contractor shall be responsible for the design, engineering, manufacture, assembly, inspection, testing and preparation for transport of the Prefabricated Cabins for installation on Jansz-Io FCS (Floating Control Station) offshore plant.

Compliance with applicable Australian legislative and regulatory, codes and standard.

The scope of supply shall include:
• Pre-fabricated Cabins:
- Ten (10) Q’ty 2-man cabin - 2 beds w/private toilet
- One (1) mock-up for each cabin type with complete equipment details.
The mock-up to be approved by COMPANY and a noise measurement to
be carried out confirming the stipulated noise
- Layout, furniture, equipment seat and support design, etc., as required.
- Pre-fabricated unit cabin design, fabrication, installation / assembly,
testing and inspection in accordance with the applicable codes and
specifications.
- Design and supply of unit cabin as per specification.
- Preservation and packing for shipment as per specifications.
- Weight control.
- Inspection and test as per Specifications, Data Sheets, referenced Codes
and Standards and approved ITP and procedures;
- Pre-commissioning of interfaces.
- FAT(Factory Acceptance Test): as per approved Procedure
- Pre-commissioning and commissioning at Construction Yard after the
unit cabin installation:
