Samsung Heavy Industries is seeking expressions of interest from service providers able to provide Filters in support of the Jansz-Io Compression Project.
Contractor shall be responsible for the design, engineering, manufacture, assembly, inspection, testing and preparation for transport of Filters for installation on Jansz-Io FCS (Floating Control Station) offshore plant.
The scope of supply shall include:
• One (1) Service Water Supply Filter
- 150m3/h, Filtration <100 micron
- Material : 22 Cr DSS
• Two (2) Service Water Circulation Filters
- 20m3/h, Filtration <20 micron
- Material : 22 Cr DSS
• One (1) Diesel Polishing Package
- 13m3/h, Filtration <10 vppm free water & <5 micron particles
- Fluid : ISO-F DMA MDO
- Two(2) Diesel filters to be installed in the skid
- Each unit consists of a filter housing, in which there is a single filter
element which has a combined function for particle filtration and water
coalescing. Water to be removed under gap level control.
• Two (2) Ballast Water Filter
- 446m3/h, Filtration <50 micron
- Material : 25 Cr DSS
