Samsung Heavy Industries is seeking expressions of interest from service providers able to provide Submergible Pumps in support of the Jansz-Io Compression Project.
Contractor shall be responsible for the design, engineering, manufacture, assembly, inspection, testing and preparation for transport of Submergible Pumps for installation on Jansz-Io FCS (Floating Control Station) offshore plant.
The scope of supply shall include:
• Eight (8) De-ballast Pumps
- Titanium for all wetted parts
- Each Hydraulic power 53.5kW
• Two (2) Ballast Pumps
- 25Cr DSS
- Each Hydraulic power 136kW
• Four (4) Bilge Pumps
- 25Cr DSS
- Each Hydraulic power 5.3kW
• Submergible motors
• PLC Local control panel to facilitate the safe start-up, stable control,
monitoring and protection of the package.
• Discharge pipe stacks, each approximately 55 m.
• Top Flange
