This is an invitation to suitably qualified and experienced Main Contractors to submit a Registration of Interest (ROI) for the construction of a new aquatic centre located off Scarborough Street, Kaikoura.
- This ROI is the first step in a multi-step procurement process. Following evaluation, shortlisted Respondent/s will be invited to submit a Tender proposal. This document deals only with the first step i.e. the ROI process.
- Suppliers should note that pricing is not a component of this ROI process and that pricing information must not be included or be able to be inferred from the ROI.
- CREATE Ltd on behalf of The Kaikoura Community Charitable Trust are seeking information from Suppliers interested in and capable of delivering against our requirements.
- CREATE Ltd will evaluate the information provided in Suppliers registrations to identify a shortlist of Suppliers for a subsequent closed Tender process.
