Water Corporation is inviting organisations with suitable experience, capability and capacity to submit a bid for a new 43km transfer pipeline to connect Denmark to the Lower great Southern Towns Water Supply Scheme (LGSTWSS) in Albany.

The pipeline will be DN250 PVC PN16 from chorkerup Tank Outlet to the existing DN250 DI pump back main at the intersection of Settlers Road and Denmark- Mount Barker Road. The pipe route includes crossings of the Hay and Quickup Rivers (to be constructed by Horizontally Directorally Drilled HDPE), and a rail crossing and road/highway crossings to be constructed by micro tunnelling.

It is mandatory that all bidders are granted Water Corporation Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Prequalification to Tier 1 before the bid closing date. This application can be lodged via our website.
