ABOUT THIS TENDER:
Council is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced organisations for the Supply of Quarry Products 2020-2022 under a preferred panel supplier agreement for an initial period of two years from 2020 to 2022 with options to extend by up to 24 months, subject to satisfactory panel performance.
ENQUIRIES:
Tender enquiries should be directed to Mr Dion Ball, Section Leader Infrastructure Construction via the online forum by the close-off date for queries as stated .
SUBMISSIONS:
Completed responses should be submitted via the electronic tender box which is Council's preferred method for submissions using the attached word versions of Part 4 Commercial and Technical Schedules. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt, timed and dated upon completion.
Submissions can also be placed in a sealed envelope and endorsed with the Tender number and Tender title "RFT-1200-TO Supply of Quarry Products 2020-2022", as well as the closing date and placed in the Tender Box located in Customer Service Centre, corner of Coff and Castle Streets, Coffs Harbour, NSW 2450, by the nominated time and date. Late, verbal, faxed or e-mailed submissions will not be accepted.
