⁠⁠⁠REGPRO022021 Supply and Delivery of Bulk Water Treatment Chemicals. Single Source by Category by Council tender.
Participating Councils are: Coffs Harbour City, Nambucca Valley, MidCoast, Kempsey Shire, Walcha, Gunnedah Shire, Liverpool Plains Shire, Clarence Valley, Richmond Valley, Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional and Wingecarribee Shire.

Supply will be on an 'as required' basis for a period of 36 months from 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2023 with provision for a 12-month option as stated in Clause 2.3 of the Deed of Agreement. This tender is being called on a Single Source by Category by Council basis. Each participating Council will accept one (1) supplier for each Category. Tenderers are NOT required to provide a response to all Categories to submit a conforming tender.

Separate Tender Price Schedules (Excel Work sheets) have been provided as follows:

• REGPRO022021 WSC (Wingecarribee Shire Council)
• REGPRO022021 QPRC (Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council)
• REGPRO022021 Other (all other participating Councils)
• INVITATION: Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the TenderLink Electronic Tender Box (see option below) before the deadline at 10.00am on Tuesday 24 March 2020.

For evaluation purposes, a hard copy must also be submitted to the Tender Box at Strategic Services Australia 59 Bonville Avenue Thornton.

Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method in the Invitation to Tender document. Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Tenderers are advised that participating Councils are not bound to accept the lowest Tender or any Tender submitted.
