AUSTRAC requires a seller to implement a fit for purpose candidate management system (applicant tracking system) that automates manual recruitment processes, provides efficiencies and enhanced capabilities, and modernises the experience for hiring managers and candidates. The appropriate Candidate Management System software will help streamline the hiring process from advertising right through to offer acceptance. It will help with refining the recruitment workflows, screening and interview processes. This will create efficiencies in the administrative workload in the HR team, releasing resources to provide value add advice to the hiring manager.
