Tender Description
Creation of the Lake Street Urban Stream will unlock a piece of single-function infrastructure to improve the liveability and sustainability of the City Centre. This Project addresses the open space deficiency in the area by providing the local community with a new place to recreate, enhancing opportunities to connect with people and nature.
The public space will be easily accessible, resilient to climate change, water and energy efficient, easy to maintain, and will promote the health and safety of the community.
The design specifics of the Project will be agreed on appointment of the Contractor.
