Provision of Multi-Functional Devices and related services

⁠⁠⁠Gladstone Regional Council requires to enter an operational rental / lease agreement for up to five (5) years for the supply, servicing and running costs of multi-functional devices (MFD).

This tender is for the staged provision of standardized multifunction devices to replace an existing and aging fleet as well as new devices as required for up to five (5) years. The services shall include the provision of:

• various MFDs and Printers (capacity for photocopying, printing, scanning and/or faxing);
• a warranty and support service (including full maintenance);
• a cost per click rate;
• a pro-active toner and ink supply service, including delivery to site;
• a recycling service for empty toner cartridges (including return/collection of empty and waste toner cartridges for all devices (i.e MFDs, laser jet printers and other devices within Council) or recycling);
• a simple, transparent invoicing model;
• a central help desk facility;
• a proactive dynamic monitoring of MFD components life cycles and error messages; and
• end of contract equipment removal.
