Tender Description
The works shall comprise of a full design of the whole proposed Sawpit Creek Open Space Reserve, with a compilation of construction design drawings and specification documents for the development of the whole reserve. The design must address key elements as detailed below:
Design Intent
The consultant is to include the following key elements:
- Proposed active and passive recreational settings, amenities and compatible land uses.
- Proposed recreation and open space linkages with existing recreational spaces and pathway networks, and future residential land developments.
- Proposed rehabilitation of and linkages with existing remnant Endangered Ecological Community (EEC) Box-Gum Grassy Woodland and the Sawpit Creek Riparian Vegetation Zone (RVZ).
The consultant may propose additional elements for Councils consideration.
