Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking to appoint suitably qualified Service Providers to assist in the supply ex-bin and supply and delivery across the City for the following products, for a period of twelve (12) months with one (1) x 12 month (12) extension option available:
Aggregates:

  •  Pre-coated aggregates
  •  Aggregate filter material
  •  Granulated glass sand

Pavement Materials:

  •  Natural Gravels
  •  Modified Gravels
  •  Heavily Bound Materials
  •  Recycled Materials

The previous twelve (12) month contract expenditure for the provision of aggregates and pavement materials was approximately $1.1M. Please note this does not include any indicative spend for glass sand aggregates. This information is provided as a guide only and does not represent any commitment on behalf of Council.

REGISTRATION: Tender documents may be obtained by registering on the e-tendering portal  at a cost of $96.15
 A hard copy of the documents may be obtained at Customer Service Centre Ground Floor, 126-138 Main Road, Speers Point at a cost of $241.35.

ENQUIRIES: Tender enquiries should be directed to Luke Ryan, the Project Officer via the online forum. Completed responses can be submitted via the electronic tender box, by facsimile transmission to (02) 4958 7257, or in a sealed envelope. The envelope is to be endorsed with the Tender number, title, and closing date and can be mailed or placed in the Tender Box located in Councils Administration Building, Ground Floor, 126-138 Main Road, Speers Point by the nominated time and date.

TENDERERS TO NOTE: In the preparation and submission of the tender and without limiting the Tenderers obligations, the Tenderer shall submit a tender which includes all Schedules including the Tenderers Declaration Schedule and any other declaration required completely filled in and signed, together with any other documents, information and details necessary to make the tender complete. The tenderer shall not submit a tender without a firm intention to proceed nor engage in any form of collusive practice not directly or indirectly canvass support from an elected member or employee of Council at any time
