Production Press Replacement

⁠⁠⁠ABOUT THE TENDER: Lakemac Print is a Council operated print house located within the LMCC Administration Building in Speers Point NSW. Lakemac Print currently utilise a Fuji Xerox PC800 production digital press, which is at the end of its life cycle. Council is seeking tenders for equivalent replacement options, for both lease and outright purchase arrangements, with a view to selecting the best value option.

REGISTRATION: Tender documents may be obtained by registering on the e-tendering portal .A hard copy of the documents may be obtained at Customer Service Centre Ground Floor, 126-138 Main Road, Speers Point at a cost of $241.35.

ENQUIRIES: Tender enquiries should be directed to John Molyneux, the Project Officer via the online forum. Completed responses can be submitted via the electronic tender box, by facsimile transmission to (02) 4958 7257, or in a sealed envelope. The envelope is to be endorsed with the Tender number, title, and closing date and can be mailed or placed in the Tender Box located in Councils Administration Building, Ground Floor, 126-138 Main Road, Speers Point by the nominated time and date.

TENDERERS TO NOTE: In the preparation and submission of the tender and without limiting the Tenderers obligations, the Tenderer shall submit a tender which includes all Schedules including the Tenderers Declaration Schedule and any other declaration required completely filled in and signed, together with any other documents, information and details necessary to make the tender complete. The tenderer shall not submit a tender without a firm intention to proceed nor engage in any form of collusive practice not directly or indirectly canvass support from an elected member or employee of Council at any time.
