NRC Whangarei Office Alterations

⁠⁠⁠Northland Regional Council (NRC) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified applicants for the main contractor role undertaking its 36 Water Street, Whangarei office alterations. It is planned that within the next 4 months work will begin on internal office alterations to the front reception area in their 36 Water Street, Whangarei offices. The work will involve coordination with a number of subcontractors for specialist services. It is possible that over the duration of the upcoming contract that NRC may alter the scope. The final contract works will require consideration for the staff and public occupying the building, with their safety and security as paramount.
