The Shire of Broome is proposing to commence a Major Land Transaction in relation to Lot 555, on Deposited Land 77711 in relation to Roebuck Bay Caravan Park and Town Beach Cafe.

Business Plans proposing the lease and redevelopment of these site have been prepared as required under the Local Government Act (1995).
