EOI Removal of Tullah Club-rooms

⁠⁠⁠The West Coast Council is seeking expressions of interest in the purchase, resulting in the removal of, the existing Tullah Clubrooms located at the Tullah oval.

The building consists of a part relocatable and part permanent fixture. Buyers will be required to remove the structure, terminate and make safe any services connected, and demolish and remove any residual structures.

Potential buyers should indicate the proposed purchase price, the proposed use of the building, and the proposed timeframe for removal.

Note: Requests to terminate fixed services for the purpose of demolition should be investigated and be made in writing to supply companies (such as TasWater and Aurora using the appropriate agency forms), prior to the date demolition is to take place. Adequate processing time should be allowed for applications and approvals.

Expressions of Interest will be used to determine a preferred purchaser and the removal contractual arrangement.
