Tender Description
Derwent Valley Council has provided child care services to the Derwent Valley community for over 35 years. Since March 2001, services have been offered as the Valley Childrens Centre from the current site at 45 Ring Rd New Norfolk which is approximately 35 minutes from the Hobart CBD on the Lyell Highway.
Council has taken a decision to cease to provide child care services itself but intends that the services continue to be available to the New Norfolk community. Accordingly, it is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified Not for Profit organisations to operate a child care service from the existing premises from 1 July 2020.
