Business Analyst

⁠⁠⁠Department of Finance is delivering the Parliamentary Document Management System (PDMS) to whole of government. PDMS is a single hosted IT solution to manage all parliamentary related records across Federal government looking for skilled Business analyst with following expertise.
• Experience working on complex IT systems
• A baseline security clearance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in workshop facilitation
• Experience in reporting
• Experience in business modelling
• Work with stakeholders and define and document operational concepts and business system needs
• Effectively articulate business requirements
• Effectively prioritise and allocate tasks
• Support discussions on business improvements
• Successfully gather requirements and get results with minimal supervision
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical staff at all levels
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Raise defects / issues and log and track faults using standard tool, e.g. MTM.
