Tender Description
The "Works" of the contract is detailed on the drawings and schedule, and includes the following but are not limited to:
- Supply & install concrete stormwater pipes, manholes and pits;
- Capping or removal of redundant stormwater pipes and pits
- Stormwater property connection
- Reinstatement/reconstruction of a concrete footpath, road pavement and kerb & channel
- General landscaping/reinstatement
- 12 months maintenance period.
Tenderers must complete the tender forms provided and any accompanying schedules. Submit them by emailing to tenders@wtc.tas.gov.au or delivering them in a sealed envelope clearly endorsed with the contact number to the Councils Riverside Office (2-4 Eden Street Riverside) or post them to Council at PO Box 16, Riverside TAS 7250.
Pre-Tender Briefing at 11:00 AM Tuesday, 3 March 2020 (not mandatory).
Tenderers must consider postal time as the late tender submission will not be considered.
Council will not accept facsimile tender submission.
