Tender Description
The Child and Parent Centre (CPC) Program is an early intervention strategy targeting families with children pre-birth to eight years, with a focus on pre-birth to four years of age. The CPCs bring together a range of government and non-government programs and services in a coordinated way, to provide support to families.
The overall intent of the CPC Program is to reduce the level of vulnerability of children within CPC communities; and to have a positive shift in the development, health and learning outcomes of young children, which will ultimately result in their smooth transition, sustained engagement, and success with schooling.
The service will be called CPC-Arbor Grove, as it will be located on Arbor Grove Primary School, Ellenbrook.
