Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the construction of new access ramps and lifts at Indooroopilly State High School, located at 111 Ward St, Indooroopilly QLD 4068 as part of the Refurbishment & Rectification program.
The project includes:
• New covered walkway and access ramp to Block F
• New lift to be installed in Block F
• New stairway and walkway to access oval
• New lift to be installed in Block S.
All works are to be completed by September 2020.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project, but contractors are responsible for ensuring they have the correct licensing to undertake the complete scope of works.
