Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The City is seeking to engage suitably qualified Contractor/s to upgrade seven (7) sites in the City's small parks program.

The location and scope of works for each park/playground are as below:

  1. Beaconsfield Park Playground, 54 Queen St, Beaconsfield NSW 2015, upgrade playground and associated landscape works.
  2. Daniel Dawson Reserve, 2/18 Wyndham St, Alexandria NSW 2015, comprehensive park upgrade.
  3. James Hilder Reserve Playground, 121-131 Campbell St, Surry Hills NSW 2010, upgrade playground, new fitness station and associated landscape works.
  4. Cardigan Street Reserve, 17 to 25 Cardigan Street, Glebe NSW 2037, comprehensive park upgrade.
  5. Palmerston Avenue Steps, Bayview Street, Glebe, comprehensive park upgrade
  6. Hollis Park, 168 to 184 Wilson Street, Newtown NSW 2042, upgrade playground and associated landscape works.
  7. Strickland Park, 59 to 61 Balfour Street, Chippendale NSW 2008, Upgrade playground and associated landscape works.

The upgrade works across the seven parks/playgrounds will include but not be limited to the following elements:

  •  Play Equipment
  •  Park Furniture
  •  Lighting and Associated Works
  •  Hydraulic Services
  •  Hard Landscaping
  •  Soft Landscaping
  •  Shade Structures
  •  Walls and paths
